Uncle Bud’s is a small dinner located in Bellflower, CA.
It is thee definition of a hole in the wall establishment.
You can easily pass by this small restaurant without even realizing it.
From the outside, it looks like someone just turned an attached garage into a small diner.

Strictly a breakfast joint!

Inside diner, there is a bar seating area to the right and a few tables to the left. The inside decor is a mixture of things from Nascar to some vintage looking items.

When Mr. J and I got there around 11:30, we were starving and didn’t take our time to skim through the menu for too long.
I ordered the Hobo plate with bacon. It is bell peppers, onions, scrambled eggs, and hashbrowns all thrown together to become this deliciously awesome mess with my bacon off to the side. It also comes with a side of gravy that you can dump over the mess but I used it to dip my toast in. So YUMMERS!

I absolutely love the mess because whenever I order my breakfast platter everything comes separate and I mix it all together myself so this gives me more time to just inhale my food instead of fixing it up first!
Mr. J ordered the pork chop plate. It comes with two eggs (he picked over easy) hasbrowns, toast, and pork chop.

I almost forgot our drinks! I got Coffee and Mr. J got orange juice.

Everything came out delicious. It is a must try place! The outside can be a bit deceiving but honestly this place was darn tasty and I will definitely go back to try the Gay’s special.
