Euro Caffe is a cute little place to grab breakfast with your friends and family. It is located in the corner of bristol and sunflower, in the plaza across from South Coast Plaza. Mr. J and I went here for some coffee and breakfast/lunch munchies.
The cafe is small and has a decent amount of seating inside and outside. The time we visited Euro Caffe, there was a bit of a crowd. It was getting more packed once we ordered our food and drinks at the counter. We were able to find a seat outside and it was such a lovely day, why waste it sitting inside.
They brought out our drinks first. I got the Sweet Spaniard Latte. It is espresso with milk and sweetened with Amber Rose Honey. I usually drink black coffee and if I do order a latte it is usually unsweetened but the Sweet Spaniard Latte was calling to me, so I had to order it. The latte had a subtle sweetness to it. I enjoyed it.
Mr. J got the Mocha blended Frapp with whipped cream. He liked it alot, he loves sweet drinks. I think it tasted great but too sweet for me.
Our food arrived. I got the Spinaci Panini. It is a Panini sandwich with prosciutto, fresh spinach, sun dried tomatos and crumbled feta cheese. It was good and not too heavy. My panini came with a side of salad.
Mr. J ordered the Italino Waffle Sandwich. It is a waffle sandwith with freshly made pesto, eggs, prosciutto and melted mozzarella. He enjoyed his sandwich, he loves pesto so it was a good choice for him.
Even though we were already full from our sandwiches, we couldn’t resist and had to order dessert. We got the Berlin Brownie Crepe. It is a crepe with crumble melted brownie bites, caramel, chocolate and vanilla ice cream. It was so sweet but so good! I had to let Mr. J tackle most of the crepe since I can only endure so much sweetness.
Overall, our experience at Euro Caffe was great. The staff was really friendly and the food was very enjoyable. Go have some breakfast at Euro Caffe before you put a dent in your wallet from shopping!
